Oak tree

Can you tell me what kind of oak tree this is that has this type of leaves i live in Arizona and it grew well until the bark got ripped off i would like to replace it but don’t know what kind of oak tree this is

You actually appear to have had a Maple Tree.

I cannot id from your images, the variety.

Visit your local garden centers and nurseries to look for a suitable replacement.
