Not A Question But A Comment Regards Winterizing Fig Trees. First Make A Small Wire Cage With 1/2 In Square Mesh. It Must Be Placed

on the ground around the trunk, if you will be placing leaves and or straw around the tree and burlap. This will stop mice from eating the bark off the tree in the winter as the mice will live inside the burlap in the bed of leaves and straw.
