No fruit on my Meyer Lemon tree

My tree is about 12-14 years old. It has produced quite well in the past, but no fruit for the last 2 years. There were few blooms last year, but my husband pruned it pretty hard so I wasn’t surprised. This year there were blooms everywhere, honey bees and bumble bees galore, but still no fruit. Why? Thanks for your help.

Have you fertilized your lemon tree?
A high nitrogen fertilizer used from April thru September is recommended.
This should help your tree get back to bearing fruit.

Here is a link to refresh the care of your tree.
