No fruit on lime tree

I have had a lime tree for four years and no fruit. I use “Vigoro” fruit, nut and citrus fertilizer spikes at least twice a year. The leaves are very nice and green – very beautiful. I do not know the variety, maybe “Bearss.” I just purchased a small “Bearss this week and planted it a few feet away from the four year old lime tree. What could be the problem?
