New Leaves On My Monstera Delisiosa Are Coming Out Damaged

The leaves when unfurled are incomplete around the edges and are very small. I have inspected the plant frequently for pests but have found nothing

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. There are a few common things that cause this, however.

Too much water, wet soils, too much or too little light, soils with too much nutrients, and disease will be most common.
