New-growth Leaves On Lime Tree Are Milky White/slimy White And Curling Under. See No Insects.

My miniature Lime tree is doing great in a very large pot. It is setting fruit, has lots of blossoms (September). Now, all of a sudden, the newer growth leaves (on new branches) have a milky white look to them and and are curling under. I can’t see any insect life. What is causing this strange milky look and killing the new growth? Thank you for your help/advice.

This does look fungal, though it doesn't look serious. Treating with a mild fungicide will help. Chlorothalonil works quite well as a broad spectrum, but please do consult the label, carefully.
