Nerve Plant Welting Even After Watering Regularly

even after regular watering of plant.. leaves are not fresh. can we make it healthy with some additional fertilizers ?

It may be overwatered. Try replanting in fresh soil in a clean container. You can fertiilze after it starts to recover. Let the soil dry out between waterings. This plant also needs high humidity from misting or using a pebble tray. Here is more:
