This tree is known to live beyond 60 years and can grow to more than 40 feet high. They produce an invasive root system that will send up suckers far and wide, capable of doing damage to lawns and gardens. They require a very large lot and require a high level of maintenance, but are quick growers. I am not able to determine for you how much land the tree will require over time. Since this is a native of India, you may want to contact a local agricultural service to see if someone has documented that information.
