My zucchini grows about 5 inches and then stops

My plant has a lot of blossoms on it and the zucchini looks great, but the fruit hasn’t grown in
2 weeks.

You have to give it more time to fruit. And with the extremely high temperatures we have been having that is also slowing down the production of fruit. Keep your plants well watered and they should do fine.
