My Tomatoes Have A Lot Of Foliage. Should I Trim The Leaves Back

I have removed the suckers. The plants are forming tomatoes and had some pea hail storm problems. Had them in gages. Helped.

Unless the foliage is dying there will be no reason to cut it. The more cutting you do the more opportunity infections have to set in.
