My Tomatoes Are Small

Why do most of my tomatoes stay small. They get almost the size of a tennis ball and some don’t get that big. I live in zone 8. Thank you.

Do you follow suggested cultural needs for soil, water, fertilizer, and disease and insect control? Moisture is very important. Here is more:
