My tomato plants are wilting

My tomato plants are wilting. Sometimes it’s only part of the plant. I planted 35 tomato plants and have 20 left. I don’t use a sprinkler to water. I just water at the bottom of the plants (the soil). I have a second garden at another location. None of those tomato plants have wilted.
