My Rangoon Creeper Got Frostbite In A Hard Freeze. What Should I Do

Its minister AB list in the ground for several years.. A got frostbite in a hard freeze. Should I trim it back pull it up from the roots?

You are on the edge of its hardiness zone, so I would cut it back and wait and see if new growth returns from the roots. It's possible only the top growth was killed in the freeze.
