My Peace Plant Has Black Areas On The Leaves. Should I Cut Those Areas Off Or The Whole Leaf Or Just Leave It Alone?

Some of the dark spots may be from a cold weather occurance but I did cover the plant.

It does sound like the cold weather has gotten to the plant. You can cut off any heavily affected area. Here are some articles that will help you with the care of the plant:
