My indoor Anthurium is getting leggy. On the stems there are bulb like pieces similar to that of an Ivy plant. Can I put this in

to water and new roots will grow? This legginess happened because 2x it was diseased. It’s been 2 years since this has happened.

What you are seeing on the end of stems is either an unpollinated seed pod, an unopened bract, or a mature seed pod if it is swelling and changing color. It will not likely grow roots by putting it in water, however if the seeds are fully mature and pop out of the pod with light pressure, then they may be able to be propagated. However, read this article below; it's kind of tricky to get viable seed.
