Plant is in a large pot. It is about 3’ high. Looks like it needs feeding.

Feeding with most plants should be done before flowering. The best time to feed a desert rose is early in the growing season. Still, you may feed it very sparingly, once per year if you would like. They are not heavy feeders, by any means.
