My Cucumbers Were Very Healthy. I Have Them A Morning Watering Then Came Back At 3 Pm And They Were Dying Brown Leaves

Weird rapid yellowing in between veins which appeared by 3 pm. Were find at midnight g watering. Quite hot here right now. Usually wilts s big during hottest party of the day but picks up by early evening

For your reference, North Carolina ranges from zone 6-8, and your zone will not change during the year. It will be determined by your exact location.

This sounds like verticillium wilt. This will take quite some time to kill your plants, and will show many symptoms beforehand, such as wilting, or spotting of leaves. This did not happen in a matter of hours, but likely the symptoms had been overlooked over the past few weeks.

The infections, initially, starts with overwatering, and gets worse with continued overwatering.

There is no cure at this point, and the winter will kill off the infection. You can help it along over winter by solarizing your soil. This article will help:

For the future, it is best to water in the morning so that the soil has adequate time to dry out through the day. Watering at night will usually lead to infection, as you have found out.

Make sure that the soil dries out, very thoroughly, down to about 3 inches or so between waterings to avoid infection, also.

A fungicide may be helpful once you see the first signs of infection, such as brown tips or small holes or spots. This article will help:
