moths on lantana

There are small gray-looking moths all in my lantana, and some of the plants have been stripped bare. What do I need to get rid of these pests?

I would treat the plant with neem oil. It is a safe and effective insecticide and will help prevent the moths from laying their eggs on the leaves, which is what they are likely trying to do, by making it more difficult for them to adhere. If there are any already on the plant, it will smother them and should take care of any moths that you spray as well.
