I have plenty of vine each year but I would like to get more blooms. What am I doing wrong?

Don’t fertilize! You end up with lush green growth and not many blooms. Other than that, morning glory blooms best in full sun and with something to climb. Climbing exposes more leaf surface to the sun’s energy when is used for blooming. If these factors check out, it is possible that your seeds were not top notch. If you purchased from a US company, contact them and see if they will send you a replacement packet of seeds.
