moon flowers growing close to ground

How do I get them to grow upwards? They have spread out over about 5 feet but are low to ground.

You will need to help the Moon Flower grow unto a trellis or support system.
You can gently place the vines unto the support and ‘tie’ the vines in place with special soft garden twist ties or even twine.
