Milky Spore Powder

Milky spore powder: Do I only spread the milky spore powder on the lawn or do I do it in the Rosegarden as well? Should I use the product now or wait until the fall? Thank you

The powder should not harm your roses. My research says that milky spore powder is safe in vegetable gardens so, if you feel you're having infestation of Japanese beetles there or in your lawn, or anywhere else, it's safe to go ahead and use the powder throughout summer and early fall.
