Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy mango tree blooms but then only a few become pea size mangos and even fewer become golf ball size mangos. Then NONE of them become full size mangos. They just turn dark and fall off. The tree is about 8 years old 25 feet tall. It looks healthy and gets plenty of sunshine. My wife is ready to cut it down….I’m trying to hold on.

You can try pruning it back some, but no more than a third of its growth. Also, give it some phosphorus rich fertilizer or bone meal to encourage flowering and fruiting. How are the pollinators in your area? A decline in pollinating insects can make it difficult for these fruit trees to produce. Humidity and rain can also limit polination. You can encourage pollinators to the area if necessary.
