Lime Tree Damaged by Cold

I have a 5-year-old lime tree that has produced in the past so many limes I’ve thought of setting up a stand, but this past winter, we had a prolonged freeze. I covered the tree with frost cloth and sheets, but the tree suffered severe damage. I have cut the tree back to leave only the main shoots and there are a lot of leaves, but no flowers. Now the leaves are starting to curl inward. We just had a huge amount of rain (11 inch+ over 6 days) but the soil drains well, and I fertilize. What’s up?
