Lemon Tree Ailment

Khaki-coloured patches have formed on the trunk and branches of my lemon tree. I suspect it is a fungal contamination. What do I do to save the tree? Tony

Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. If you suspect fungal infection, though, it will require the assistance of fungicides. This article will help:
