Most Lantanas are winter hardy in zones 8 and above, except for some varieties which may do better in colder regions. The best option is probably bringing the plants indoors and keeping as houseplants during the winter. With some varieties it may be possible to keep them outdoors, let the tops die back, and protect the roots with lots of mulch.
