Lantana

Why are half my lantana plants nothing but sticks, and the others are blooming?

It seems that one or more of the plants have a fungus, or that area may not get as much water, or retain as much. Wettable Sulfur will rid the area of fungus, and neem oil can be sprayed directly on the foliage.
