Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI think this is a ponytail palm. I recently had an infestion of spider mites, Knats, aphids and who knows what else. I think I brought them back in plant I got from Lowe’s. Lost every plant I had (a ton) but made sure to secluded this one. I’m trying everything and desperately need help. I’m currently using Neem oil. Is my plant a goner? Please help 🙁

Your Ponytail Palm still has a few green leaves; so that’s a positive.
Unfortunately I would say the base of the plant does not look good. The condition of the surface and the hole that is visible in the one image makes me suspect it is not healthy and likely hollowing out; either from pests or disease.
