tomato plants in 5 gallon buckets

I have tomato plants in 5 gallon buckets that get a lot of sun and I have to water them every morning. They are doing very well and would hate to lose them. I have to go away for 4 days. What can I do to keep them alive while I am away? You may think I am crazy but I thought I could fill my wheelbarrow with water and put the buckets that have weep holes in them in the wheelbarrow and maybe put this in an area that gets less sun. What do you think?

Gardeners are very good at coming up with ‘methods’ to do tasks!

I would give your method a trial before you go off on vacation.

I would suggest using a drip line and putting it on a timer.
