just planted 3 days ago a barbados cherry tree

It has magenta blossoms, but now after three days the blossoms are turning white. That does not seem like a good thing for it to be doing???

Can you tell me what is wrong?

This happens as the blossoms age. It is completely normal for it to drop all blossoms after planting, due to the stress that this brings. Just care for it properly until it recovers.
