Just Bought Some Dwarf Burning Bushes And They Are Root Bound, Spindly And Leaves Are Yellowish. I Want To Get Them Back On Track

. what can I do? plants are 2 – 2 and a half feet tall. do not see insects ect. on them is it too late to cut them way back?

You should plan to prune the roots of these bushes when you're ready to transplant them. Here are helpful articles:
