Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comOur jasmine plant does not have lots of leaves. They dry up and fall off. What leaves remain are not glossy as in previous years. It almost looks like a deciduous tree in the winter. We are not sure if we should cut it way back or replace it. We don’t see any bugs, but we do occasionally see spider webs. Please help Unfortunately, I can not send a photo at this time.

It sounds like it may have spider mites. Treat the jasmine with Neem oil every 7 to 10 days till it improves. Here is more:
