Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have 3 plants, all planted in a sunny spot. It’s been 1 year. They are not thriving. They are weak, yellowish, and scrawny. I use Monterey B.T. as recommended for caterpillars (when needed). Is there anything I can do to help this?

That appears to be a magnesium deficiency, but that could be due to an acidic soil. Do you know the pH of your soil at that spot?
Adding dolomitic lime will provide the needed magnesium, as well as some calcium as well. It will also neutralize the pH of the soil, which will make these nutrients available.
