Is this what a normal moon cactus looks like?

I got it on April 23. I water it once in 2 month’s. It looks very dry and sad. Or is it normal. If there’s something wrong how can I fix it?

This looks quite normal and healthy! These are actually quite short lived cacti anyways, so try not to get too attached to it.
