Is This A Fairy Castle Cactus?

This was just given to me. Is it a Fairy Castle? If so, is it too crowded? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like an African Milk Tree cactus. Here is more:

Wear gloves to divide it and beware the milky sap. Let the ends callus before repotting.
