Is smelly guinea tea safe to use as fertilizer?

Is smelly 10 day old guinea tea safe to use as fertilizer? 10 days ago I made the tea with 1 part poop and 3 parts water in a well cleaned milk jug with cap. When I opened the jug today, the liquid odor was horrible. As fresh guinea poop is odorless, is this still safe to use on bedding plants? Would not be using on vegetables.

If this were for edibles, we would say ‘no’ because by now dangerous bacteria may have formed. But, so long as you are avoiding edibles, it should be fine. However, just to cover your bases, test an area first.
