Is My Palm Tree Salvageable Or Is It Beyond Help?

My wife gave me a Sylvester Palm Tree 4 years ago and the nursery she bought it from delivered and planted the tree. It never really flourished like I thought it would and now I am afraid it is past the point of saving. It is not producing any more fronds. The last ones it produced are a very dark green or brown. I’m afraid the crown of the tree has died. How can I tell if it is dead or if it is salvageable? I have attached a photo so you can see the tree in its current state.
