Is it safe to transplant in the fall?

I’d like to transplant the following bushes from my front side yard to my backyard. Holly bush, Japanese hydrangea, maybe burning bush. They were all planted 4 years ago. They are over growing in to each other. Thank you for any advice.

Gee, this is the perfect time to transplant. Weather is still decent, and the plants are going dormant. Just make sure you get a large rootball and water heavily!
