Is it safe to plant vegetables in soil measuring 800 ppm

Is it safe to plant vegetables in my urban backyard if my soil measures 800 ppm? I’ve read conflicting reports and I’ve gardened before but I’m revisiting this issue since locating the results of a soil test from 2010. I live in the IL southwest area.

Most likely a soil test from 2010 would be considered ‘out dated’. Environmental changes and human foot prints would have most likely made changes to your soil.
