Is it ok to use a liquid fish emulsion within a week of Miracle grow (diluted) on perennials and vegetable plants?

Do not over fertilize. Follow directions on the packaging that you are using.
To much Nitrogen can burn the plants.

Also to much Nitrogen can inhibit the production of flowers and vegetables and fruit.
