Insect/Beetles Sucking on Rose Blooms

Insects, like the beetles, are sucking on the rose blooms. What kind of insecticide will you recommend?

Use Ortho Bug B Gon Max unless the problem is real bad, then using Sevin may be in order. You will likely have to spray two or three times if the problem has gotten bad, as you want to kill the grubs from the eggs the beetles lay too.
