I’m looking for trees that grow flat to create some privacy in my garden.

Hello, I live in East London in a terraced house and so it’s difficult to get Garden privacy, also my garden is very small so I don’t want to take too much space. I’m looking for very small trunk trees but also those that grow quite flat. Can you help please? I also have a picture of one I’ve seen which looks great, do you know which tree this is?

Wax myrtles are broadleaf evergreens that reach about 15 feet tall; 'Spartan' juniper or 'Emerald' arborvitae are columnar evergreens for smaller yards; camelias are broadleaf evergreens that supply flowers as well as screening.
