I’m Interested In Propagating

I would like to dice this plant into sections and root. The plant is 3 feet tall. I’m would it more compact. Also can you tell me the name of this plant?

Fortunately, this is a Dracaena fragrans, which will propagate just fine with this method! Here is an article that will help:
