There isn't much that you can do to help it recover, but offer it the best care possible. Unfortunately, freezing temperatures are something that you can't do much about once they hit. Likely, it will recover, but it may be slow. What I can do is offer some articles that will give you information on their care so that you can offer the best care possible. This will give them the best chance to recover.
