If I Use Hydrogen Peroxide To Cleanse My Soil Will I Still Be Able To Plant Again.

I have a bath tub and have planted potatoes in for 2 years. I think I have had blight dor both years. I was thinking of treating my soil with Hydrogen Peroxide after I take out my potatoes. Will this wreak my soil or will i be able to plant again next year. Thanks.
