Sevin Powder on Vegetable Plants

If I have already used Sevin powder on my vegetable plants, may I still use purchased ladybugs? Will the dust harm the ladybugs? Or how long should I wait to add ladybugs?

Generally, ladybugs will avoid the dust. That said, Sevin will harm these and many other ‘helpful’ insects. The best thing for organic insect control in the garden would be neem oil, which will not harm the beneficial bugs.
