Iceplant, blooming problem

I planted a flat of tall height ice plant which was in full bloom when I bought it, but it has not bloomed at all since. It is growing and looks green, but no blooms for several weeks now. The exposure is full sun. What’s wrong?

Have you fertilized? You may want to check the soil (https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/testing-soil.htm [1]) to ensure that there’s not too much nitrogen present, which will reduce flowering but increase foliage growth. You can offset this by adding some phosphorus rich fertilizer or bone meal to the soil around your plant.
