I haven’t seen this product offered locally, but you can make your own according to this article: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/feeding-plants-with-molasses.htm [1]

A search online will normally yield results as to where you can find this product. If you haven’t yet read it, this article will help with using molasses in the garden: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/feeding-plants-with-molasses.htm [1]

Here is a mixture for roses that I have used and the roses loved it. The performance of any fertilizer will be subject to your current soils makeup though. Many times it is best to have the soils tested in you rose beds and gardens prior to trying something new, just to see what the soils may need or not need. When I try something different, I do it with just one “test” rose bed or area and see how things go before doing it throughout my rose beds or gardens. Here is the mix for you I like to have kelp in there as the roses love it:

Fertilizer containing molasses, kelp, powdered fish and apple cider vinegar supplies the rosebushes with a balanced dose of nutrients that promotes foliage and flower growth. To make this fertilizer, 3 cups of water should be combined with 2 tablespoons of molasses, 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of kelp extract and 2 tablespoons of powdered fish. In the summer, 1/2 gallon of the fertilizer should be applied in the evening after roses have been watered. A repeat application in six to eight weeks, near the end of summer, helps encourage blooming until fall or winter.
