They don’t need acidic soil to grow well, but some varieties can grow a little better in slightly acidic soil. In general, most people do not need to do anything to their soil to have healthy lime trees.
You want a NPK fertilizer that is slightly higher in nitrogen or a balanced fertilizer. If you can find one that also has micro nutrients, that is even better. If you check at your local nursery, they should carry a fertilizer that is specifically formulated for citrus trees. Or you can easily find these online.

thank you very much, i actually had a clear slime type trail on the new growth and no blooms ???
