I transplanted my Hibiscus and now it is really droopy- all the leaves and buds.

Is there anything I can do to save the plant?

This is a common reaction to transplanting. It will help if you can rig up some shade from the hottest part of the day. Water well when the soil is dry down an inch and when it is dry down 2 inches after a month or two. Right now, it is struggling to establish its roots. As difficult as this sounds, I suggest you remove most of the flower buds. Flowering is very taxing on a plant in the best of times. Give it a break and let it flower later after you see new leaf/stem growth. Top-dress with compost or use a shrub fertilizer once new growth appears.
