I Took New Guinea Inpatiens Cuttings 11/2 In Buffalo, NY (they Were In Outdoor Pot) & Immediately Put In Water But Now They Are All

wilted in their water vases…will they perk up? The low night before was 38 degrees, daytime 11/2 was 48 degrees

They probably will perk up if they didn't sustain cold injury at 38 degrees. A frost can occur at temperatures higher than 32 degrees when conditions are right.
